Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Candles & Candle Accessories (due to their intimate nature and potential fire hazard)
  • Bathroom Towels (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bathroom Sets (if opened or used)
  • Any items that are personalized, custom-made, or clearly labeled as final sale

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important Note: Without a return authorization number, we cannot process your return. Please wait for our instructions before sending any items back.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution).

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive the original product. Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items unless the exchange is due to our error.
